I recently picked up the Canon Digital Elph PowerShot SD790 IS, unconvinced of that particular model, I decided to treat it carefully until I was sure I wanted that one, and take it as a test drive.
So far, it’s doing marvellously, and is much easier to figure out than the last piece of crap I had.
Consequently, it’s been a lot of fun to get back into flickr lately. I’ve always wanted to try one of those stitched pictures, and here it is! Unfortunately I wrecked the middle of it. Oh well.
This is the mural on the wall of 29th Avenue’s skytrain overpass.

That piece of crap you’re referring to isn’t the camera I loaned you, is is? IS IT?

NO! Of course not… I haven’t even begun to figure that one out beyond point and shoot.
I’m talking of the infamous Casio (never trust a maker of calculator watches to make digital cameras) Digital Exilim, the one that infamously broke due to a design flaw only 5 months after I got it and would have cost me 60% of the purchase price to get it fixed. DON’T BUY THE CASIO EXILIM, NETIZENS! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
